Holly Frierson, Founder of Divine Transitions, created this practice to walk with families through life’s most sacred moments—birth, postpartum healing, grief-and end-of-life care. Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, rooted in advocacy and equity for Black and Brown communities.
